But there must be a 'catcher' and the catcher on the other end is their 
service system that cannot even hold entire company names. For example 
one of my customer is not so pleased with IBM for calling them "The 
Grand Rapids Ass"[ociation of REALTORS]

Many other fields are also very short and have been forever.
