I'm trying to find the minimum set of permissions to query this system view: https://www.ibm.com/support/knowledgecenter/en/ssw_ibm_i_73/rzajq/rzajqviewsyslimits.htm

I can't seem to find that information anywhere. My Admin account, which I thought had all permissions is not able to query this file.

Only qsecofr so far has the ability to query this file.
