Trying to register customer number + ser num to get entitled system software
Accepts customer number
Won't accept hardware serial number
Called support
They transferred me to software support with long hold
Software support transferred me back to main support number
Main support number transferrign me back to software support
Currently on long hold with scratchy staticky music playing ...
