It actually contacts IBM and pulls from a publicly available system. The 
PSP information is pulled directly from IBM. So 'not available' means 
itnoworkie!

If you are getting that message than either or both of the following are 
true:

	1) You are behind on PTFs. This is because the communications changed 
and the udpates are in a PTF.
	2) You do not have your connection to IBM configured, that is if you do 
SNDPTFORD SF97730 it will fail and not download the cover letter.
