My 2¢: I would never test a parameter value for *LE *blanks to
determine
whether that parameter had, in fact, been passed. If "%ADDR" (or, in
the
future, "%PARMS *LE %PARMNUM()") does the trick, you shouldn't even need
to
test for blanks.


I do that being someone will invariably pass blanks as the
parameter when blanks are not valid. So, if hte parameter is not passed
or the parameter is passed as blanks, then I want to take the default
value.
