Re: ACS Spooled file download - Text vs PDF

Every time I assist a customer and share their screen I also notice hardly
any of them even use ACS and use older client access. Which is a huge pet
peeve since ctl-c/v and ctl-p doesn't work for cut/copy paste.

I tell them to download it... rarely do they. But now I'm getting off
topic and just complaining. ;)

has an archive feature, as well. The user only has to take "Screen History"
