No matter what link I use that is provided I get the 2016 version with 412

When I speak and write about modernization, I tend to share perspectives
about improving database design, application architecture, and the
development and use of ILE RPG frameworks.

Are you using ILE RPG to produce web applications and web services? To
generate colorful-graphical PDF output, send tweets, send SMS messages,
send email, consume web services from key providers such as Google,
Twilio,
and Watson? To generate and consume JSON and XML? For inter-process and
inter-system communications? For generating and consuming Excel
spreadsheets?
