Have you tried to move the 2 dip switches to perform the hard reset?

Couple of google searches that I found show a bad service processor card.
Yeah I know its bad. My question is can be be replaced or
reprogrammed? I looked all through the docs and there is no FRU part
number or any diagrams of where its located. It looks like its built
onto the motherboard.
