Can this be fixed/resolved without re-coding the application?

The code works for any user without a home directory.


Those that have a home directory have this default file path:

/home/usrprofile

Thus when you use that relative path what you actually get is
this.

/home/usrprofile/BRC/INDEMAND/BRCTBuys201803200815.txt

If you use an absolute path then everybody gets the same absolute
path regardless of their default path for their home directory.
