our environment consists of a production environment running 7.1, and a virtual environment running 7.3 (which was upgraded from a copy of our 7.1 environment).

We are looking to upgrade our production environment now. I can run the same process as on the virtual environment, but i was wondering if a save/restore is an option. Not sure if there is an option to just process the OS without other system objects like user profiles, devices descriptions, etc.
