Were I to go today, I'd almost certainly skew that mix to attend more
'unknown' sessions. I've been writing code in RPG for almost 40 years -
the value to my employer isn't in going from 99.9% RPG mastery to
99.95%; it's being able to lay more options on the table as the business
faces new situations. Even if I only scratch the surface of Node or
PHP, or whatever, I'll start to see the possibilities of applying this
new stuff to our business.
