Define "over-stuff the system" please :)

Except if you over-stuff the system, it will sort out whatever PTFs you
give it and apply them in the right order. If a mandatory apply *PERM is
required, it will automatically insert a 2nd IPL in the IPL to apply the

And don't be afraid if some PTFs are included in more than one PTF group
or the cume + a group. The system 'knows,' and only loads them once.

As far as over-stuffing is concerned- it doesn't seem to mind a Cume
package + group PTFs + a few strays that looked interesting all at once.
