But I don't think it waits until the save is complete to that save file
before the restore starts removing chunks from it.
This saves you:
1 - The full size of a normal save file
2 - Waiting until the save is complete before starting the restore.

For one or two programs you really shouldn't notice but for a full
library...

For the full library restore we find using our DD 2500 VTL kicks butt over
everything else.
