An unquoted name in the EXPORT keyword of the binder source is assumed to be uppercased. So if the service program got built successfully, the external name of the procedure would be uppercase too.

Dan, to get the external name of the RPG procedure uppercased, code EXTPROC(*DCLCASE) on the prototype. Or if you don't have a prototype, code it on the PI.

dcl-pi EmployeeAuthorizationStatus EXTPROC(*dclcase);

Or, if you don't want to change the service program because other programs are already using it, remove the quotes from the CALLPRC in the CLLE module. Unquoted names in CALLPRC are also uppercase.
