Actually we reset QSECOFR also. Then again, we have reports telling us
when they are going to expire and act accordingly.
One inspiration for not exempting QSECOFR was that the Windows
administrator account was setup to never expire. It's not been reset in
decades, even with turnover in critical positions using that. Now they're
paranoid that some agent on some obscure server somewhere will blow if
they change it. I didn't want to fall into that fear.
