However my original hope with this thread was to find programmers who
are actually using the enhanced features every day, and discuss with
them various quirks, like not being able to easily deselect a check

Where I work I think we only have two display files that I know of using any
enhanced features. One uses a SNGCHCFLD, the other uses EDTWRDs for date
and time fields to skip over the separator characters and WRDWRAP for a
multi-line entry field. For the latter I encouraged the programmer that
write it to add those enhanced features. He hadn't heard of them before.
I'd be interested to learn about additional 5250 enhanced features that I
haven't come across yet.
