additionally, there’s still some tweaks with shutting down an LPAR which has been SAVE21d
recently before the shutdown…

the first part of that is to write everything in memory to disk. Since
that is the hosted partition now your fighting I/O from the host as well as
the client. If the host is busy at all, it just has to wait.
