With SQL and the OBJECT_STATISTICS User Defined Table Function in the QSYS2 Library you should get a list of all objects in a specified schema or even in all schemas.
Select * from Table(Object_Statistics('YOURSCHEMA', '*ALL')) x;
@Elehti: Yes, it can be done with SQL. IBM provided a lot of IBM i and Db2 Services (in the QSYS2 library) which return a lot of non-file specific information.
