Subject: ACS .hod shortcut wrong file associations

I'm testing an ACS implementation on Windows 10.
ACS is configured to run from the IFS.
The current .hod sessions configured via session manager can only be launched from ACS session manager.
Desktop shortcuts created over these sessions will not launch, wrong file association.
I think the issue may be because ACS is not installed on the PC, not finding an .hod association.

How does one resolve this?

Thank You
