AJS Advanced Job Scheduler logging weirdness

I was viewing/check some jobs submitted via AJS, Advanced Job Scheduler.

I noticed that some jobs are not actually showing the program and/or command that is called.
Other jobs do.
What else could cause the jobs to log differently?

Job setup is the same for the jobs.
