Agreed. I was just sharing my experiences with some managers who are adamantly against it, and there's ABSOLUTELY no room for discussion.

Justin,

I agree with you on the incremental releases. As I've asked the business, wouldn't you rather have some of that new functionality sooner rather than waiting for the whole package? I've also found that there have been times where the business decides that they don't need all of the functionality they originally asked for after having used the app for a while.
