Well I fixed it. Change Authentication level to ANY from Server and now all the endpoint can connect securely.

Subject: Management Central via SSL

When I attempt to configure Management central to use SSL, the central server can connect but not the remotes. No firewall / routing issues. Non SSL works perfectly. The self-signed cert used for the application is in the trusted CA Certificates on the remote systems. Do I need the CA's from the remotes to be trusted on the Central Server?
