manual?

That had plenty of notes of concern and perhaps the constraint could be
spelled out more than "If a violation check constraint does not exist for
the column, the masked data will be inserted or updated in the table's
column and no error will be issued." Perhaps adding a link to that
section 6.8 in that PDF with "for more information see..."?
Or perhaps "Best practices when using permissions and masks" at
