One suggestion is to put a MONMSG on the move.
If the move fails then do some profile switching to a known good user.
Remember, adopting authority means NOTHING to IFS.
Then change the authority to the directory for the job user to remove them
and let it default to public
CHGAUT OBJ('/mydirectory') USER(JOBUSER) DTAAUT(*NONE) OBJAUT(*NONE)
