About the only useful thing program adoption does when dealing with the
IFS is to adopt enough authority to have access to the user profile you
are switching to. Then the profile APIs will work.
Program adoption may also be useful for submitting the extra job, if you
choose that instead of profile handling. SBMJOB JOB(FixAuthority)
USER(SuperUser)
