I'm just curious about the usage of a SEQUENCE object. A SEQUENCE object is a just a Data Area object which holds the sequence value.

I would think this expression would be the same: Right(Digits(Row_Number() Over()),2) As Team

Read this if you use Run SQL Scripts _AND_ use the save results facility!

The problem described in my previous posting appears to be caused by selecting the ACS option to save results!

If I deselect that option the SQL works perfectly as it has always done. With the option selected the generated sequence values are wrong. I have no idea what other potential problems can be caused by this - just beware!

Right now I'm using the dBeaver plugin for RDi instead of ACS and it is working as expected.
