I know you're being sarcastic but others here may think you've just
blessed this. You need to surround such a thing with
<sarcasm>
</sarcasm>

Things against sharing root is that
- ransomware can get to that share via someone's PC and proceed to encrypt
as many files as it can
- someone gets there and accidentally (or maliciously) deletes all or many
of the files in /qsys.lib

This IS a valid command from a PC:
del \\myibmi\rootshare\qsys.lib\paydata.lib\employee.file\*.mbr
