Anyone else having a problem downloading ACS from IBM?
I either get "You must login before viewing this page. message code: 56e" or
"This service is temporarily unavailable. Please try again later. message
code: 40" after logging in.
I've tried multiple browser, clearing cache & cookies, etc.
