I pulled together info from about 20 different resources and finally got it working.
I'll be documenting soon.
Mainly I just wanted DB2 Connect ODBC as an option for those that want to use an ODBC Data Source with the Mono .Net Environment instead of my XMLSERVICE wrapper.

I believe Tony Cairns had told me that it worked and that some customers
had used it, though AFAIK it's not supported whatsoever in that
configuration.

Wanting to test .Net Mono ODBC connectivity from PASE and it looks like
DB2 Connect is required and the only UnixODBC driver available for PASE.
Anyone set up or use DB2 Connect and its ODBC driver from PASE ?
For reference I can already use XMLSERVICE which is quite fast. Just
trying to test all connectivity avenues.
Btw - the Mono .Net performance is quite good so far.
