Do those API's (QaneSava and QaneRsta) require a BRMS license?

You could install and configure Enterprise Extender, an optional part
listIBM i OS and then you could use SAVRSTLIB, SAVRSTOBJ, or SAVRST etc. tofirst
save and restore libraries, objects, etc. directly without having to
save everything into a save file.list
