Wait, I/O Upgrades, aren't those the ones where either the VIOS or the
firmware (on SRIOV cards) updates the firmware on the adapters themselves?
If that's the case I wouldn't ever call them "concurrent". Unless you are
very certain of your redundancy configuration...
For the normal firmware upgrade it shouldn't have done anything to the
cards....
