We run the software and have a folder of PGP Manuals all dated 5/22/2016. One is called PGP CL9 User Guide.pdf
Is that what you are looking for? This comes with the software distribution and is included in the allftm.sda.exe file you download. Do you have that buried somewhere?
Would Patrick Townsend object to sharing this manual?

Subject: Fwd: PGP Encryption on the iseries - Townsend Manual
Hi All,
trying to get my hands on a iseries townsend pgp manual
circa 2010; two folders in test ifs PGPCL90 and PGPCL901 if that helps.
I've been away from the company where it was used and the
old manual has been lost.
Believe Townsend security were contacted regarding a
replacement manual, but they only provide consultancy.
Consultancy maybe required, but initially it would be good
to get a replacement manual to refresh my aged memory.
Trying to recall how to get into the command line terminal
and all the commands you use to show config and produce keys.
Any constructive input would be very welcome.
Kind Regards
Ian
