FYI, all RSS does is convert the CL:FOO... to CALL QSYS2.QCMDEX('FOO...')
   so I'm not sure what's different for you when you do it manually.

             No, the first sets up the required library list that the second
     expects to run in.  It works if I use the CL: prefix but the library
     list
     disappears if I use the QCMDEXC stored procedure.
