Use ACS to look at the functions you have defined...

My bet, you've got multiple utl_currentUser()..

Always add 'specific name xxxxxx` when using CREATE OR REPLACE...

Otherwise, if you happen to change the signatures during development, you
end up with an overloaded function you didn't mean to have.
