Last weekend we did an IPL.
Since I ran the ENDTCPSVR... recycling it now and testing might be fruitless.

When was your admin instance last recycled.
Try recycling admin instance.
I've seen that resolve issues for me.

Subject: IBM i HTTPAdmin
Doing a little cleanup on our development server after some issues during our last downtime.
Went to
http://myibmi:2001/HTTPAdmin
And the application server for IWAIAS (IBM i Access for Web) will not start because of
Error: ZUI_53259: Java 7 is the minimum Java version level required by the server, Update the JAVA home setting under properties for the server and try again.
So I'm guessing no one is using this since it's probably at JDK6 which died when we upgraded to 7.3 quite some time ago. So I figure I'll just delete it. Could not delete it because the HTTP server was running.
Tried to stop the HTTP server using the GUI and it just hangs.
Ran the QSH /QIBM/ProdData/OS/OSGi/templates/bin/areVerify.sh -network IBM Administration Runtime Expert for i Version 1.6.20 And everything looks good. Especially DNS.
I know the workaround is simply to issue ENDTCPSVR SERVER(*HTTP) HTTPSVR(IWAIAS) and I will but I didn't know if there was something else I needed to look at to get HTTPAdmin to work.
