SELECT count(DISTINCT AUTHORIZATION_NAME)
FROM TABLE(QSYS2.ACTIVE_JOB_INFO(
            SUBSYSTEM_LIST_FILTER => 'QINTER')) X
where substr(AUTHORIZATION_NAME,1,1) <> 'Q'
