I have used this feature to include column headings into a csv file several
times. Today I am working on a new LPAR which is at v7.2 and using the
option ADDCOLNAM(*SQL) but it is not writing out the column headings in the
first row.

Has anyone experienced this problem and if so, how did you resolve it?
