Interesting. I thought the standard advice was to scrap everything in
5733-OPS, unless specifically needed for finicky software (with
hard-coded paths or extremely version-dependent code).

And I'm *positive* the advice for folks who have never installed
5733-OPS is not to bother installing it now.
