Well, this incident finally convinced our A/P department to cut a check to
our business partner to reinstate software support. Hopefully our business
partner can help us resolve the issue while they're working on the
thirty-seven miles of red tape needed between them and IBM to get active
SWMA records in place for us with IBM.
