Thanks but I don't normally rotate fields. The label is 1.5" square so I
designed it top down. Just in case I did rotate and only got the top of
the label.

I've confirmed the label size is 1.5 x 1.5. not sure why it's not printing
right

Art,

We are using a Zebra Printer ZT230 with TL Ashford 3.2 software. It
almost sounds like you did not rotate the label fields to the correct
orientation. Our 4 x 6 shipping labels are rotated 90% so when you look at
it in the GUI it runs down the page instead of across. Does that make
sense?

Subject: [EXTERNAL] ZPL 450 and TLAshford

TLA support is asking me which language the printer supports. I can’t find
that anywhere online.

Test 1.5 inch square labels from their GUI designer come out with only the
right half of the label printing to the left side.

TLA support isn’t really helping me since I can’t tell them which language
the printer supports.

Anyone have a label format that works
On these printers? What printer model and TLA program are you using?

Thanks
