out of the blue, on Monday, we started to have people complain of the
characters starting to pixelize and blur on the ACS emulator window...
by today (Wednesday) about 5% of our user base has this condition...
I _don't_ have it, and have tried to fix others by changing fonts, updating
to the April'19 update, even remove Java and re-install (AdoptOpen...
;) )

one of our developers have the condition, and only his ACS displays this
problem he still has the windows client, and it displays fine...
