Shouldn't the result of DSPPFM ROB/SCHEMACHK be GDISYS and not ROB after running this?
RUNSQL SQL('create table rob.schemachk (cur_schema) as (values cast (current schema as char(10)) ) with data') COMMIT(*NONE) NAMING(*SQL) DFTRDBCOL(GDISYS)
