I had the same issue.
I had 10 NWSD, each was creating an OPT device, causing clutter and confusion.
Tweaking/cleanup was well worth it.

Great!! That's what I was hoping. I'll get our NWSD's tweaked accordingly
as I have opportunities to vary them off and make changes. It'll be nice to
clean up all those "extra" optical drives on the guests. Little details
like that bug me if I know something can be done about them.
