The difference is that an EVOKE-task was started immediately(while
   releasing the calling job or terminal), while a JOBQ-task was put in the
   jobqueue.
   IIRC the S/36 had only one jobqueue, so you could not achieve the EVOKE
   effect by adjusting the settings on a jobqueue.
