I believe that this function is just making a list of files and then checking for a record lock one at a time. It wouldn't be all locks during that 10 minute time, it would be all locks it happens to catch.

Mine finally returned, and only returned 4 results after 10 minutes. But yet we have way more activity going on than that. So it doesn't look like this thing shows everything.

I can't run that statement without qualifying it. It takes too long to return results. But if I limit it to a library/schema, then it returns quickly and I can see the locks.
