I have been working off and on trying to get SSL TELNET working for a while.
I finally got it working the other day, but I am noticing that when running in on a virtual desktop, I am intermittently getting MSGGEN004- An unexpected end of the file or stream has been encountered( SSL per shut down incorrectly)

I can usually wait a bit and it will work, but that's not going to work, if I try to roll this out to everyone.

Any ideas on how to resolve?

Running V7R3 and ACS 1.1.8.2
