I want to change the PVTAUT to *YES to enable restoring the authorities when restoring a single library's objects.
Thank You,

Michael,
What are you trying to accomplish?
I don't believe BRMS calls a command from the STRBKUBRM command, I believe
it uses APIs to actually do the save (could be wrong but I've seen changing
defaults in the commands not work before)

Subject: Commands used by BRMS
When running a Backup Control Group using Backup Item "*ALLUSR". Where does
BRMS get the command to save the libraries (*LIBL or specific library)?
I would like to modify the defaults of the SAVLIB and/or SAVLIBBRM command.
Thank You,
Michael T Guenther
