I don't recall seeing if you indicated whether or not you have RDI (and if
not you need to push to get it). Presuming that you do have RDI and the
issues you seem to be having with FTP; I suggest:
a) In RDI, create a new source member
b) Highlight and copy the source from the .txt file
c) Paste the source into the RDI source member
