Yeah, I can acknowledge that going back to level 0 would be the only reason for stopping at 2.
If you are planning on going back and forth between 0 and 2 for some particular customer testing that's one thing. But if you are going to level 2, but only with a lot of trepidation, make sure that you are making the correct choice in going back to 0 versus upgrading to 3 to get past some negative issues.
I realize it's kind of a "burn the boats" mentality but sometimes that's what needs to be done.
