I would think that it shouldn't be too hard to further analyze that
journal entry to determine what program, and possibly where in that
program, is performing that operation.

It's also misleading calling it an INZPFM since the member is NOT being
initialized. That's what initially (no pun intended) alarmed me. It is a
record being initialized.

The INZPFM command has no last used date. I see nothing in the
Ilist
looked at which even implied an initialize was going to be done.list
The IZ is followed immediately by a PT to the NEXT RRN and a PX to the
initialized RRN by another job.
i.e.:
IZ RRN 1234 Job 1
PT RRN 1235 Job 1
PX RRN 1234 Job 2
